Her first book described as "an empowering survival guide" by the Evening Standard, and led to her appointment as a proud ambassador for Alcohol Change UK. An established author, her second literary venture, mindfulness journal Booze-Less will be published in September 2024.

Millie's authority documenting her sobriety journey has led to partnerships with a multitude of global brands including Tinder, Anthropologie & Microsoft Windows. She's also delivered employee workshops for the likes of ASOS, Charlotte Tilbury and the Ministry of Justice and recently appeared as a guest on Boots' Taboo Talks podcast alongside Vogue Williams.
