post probation all employees will be eligible for a bonus linked to overall company performance and key milestones throughout the year. As the business achieves these milestones, the whole team will share in that success through bonus rewards. The maximum bonus potential is linked to level of seniority. In line with our transparency value, the team will be kept regularly updated on company performance and progress against targets. Any bonus remains discretionary and is not contractually guaranteed.
