Meet our founder, Verity
Described as an ‘expert in influencer marketing’ by the University of Leeds, Verity has more than six years of experience providing 360 management to the UK’s top digital creators. Verity drives tangible results for talent, delivering annual income increases of over 200%. Verity conceptualized sustainable style brand TALA, brokered Olivia Neill’s Spotify exclusive podcast deal and secured Grace Beverley’s publishing deal for Sunday Best Times Seller ‘Working Hard or Hardly Working’.

Since Verity launched tbh talent in July 2022 she has supported over 10,000 creators on her mission to lift the lid on the influencer industry!
With expertise across Social Media Management & Project Research, Lucy joined team tbh in 2023 to expand our non-exclusive roster.
Specialising in brand design, content creation, and all things social! Emily works with Verity to design the tbh talent brand you see today.
Supporting household names with media strategy and influencer relations. Seran joined in 2022 as tbh's first talent assistant.
